How sourcing tokens work
Every Sourcing user gets 200 tokens a month. Top up any time with a token pack at 3¢ per token.
- A token is spent on a contact reveal — an email or phone number.
- 200 tokens per Sourcing user every month; unused tokens expire at month end.
- Pack tokens stay valid for 12 months.
- Token packs are never discounted (only seat fees are).

How do the ATS plans work?+
Your user count picks the plan. One user is Free Forever. From the second user you're on Starter at $39 per user a month, and from the eleventh user you're on Business at $79 per user a month. The first user is free on every plan, so a 3-person Starter team pays for 2 users.
What happens when we add the eleventh user?+
Your workspace moves to Business at the next bill: every paid user is billed at the Business rate and the Business limits, API tokens and the Sourcing REST API switch on. Nothing migrates and nobody loses access. Drop back to 10 users and you return to Starter.
Is Sourcing really included?+
Yes, on Starter and Business every ATS user is also a Sourcing user, with 200 tokens a month included. A token is spent when you reveal a contact's email or phone number; failed lookups cost nothing. Need more? Buy a token pack at 3¢ a token. Free workspaces can add Sourcing on its own for $5 per user.
What counts as an AI assistant message?+
One message you send to the in-app assistant, however many tools it calls to answer. Free gets 50 a month per workspace, Starter 300 per user and Business 1,000 per user, pooled across the team so a heavy user can borrow from a light one. Connect your own AI key to remove the included assistant-message limit; your AI provider bills you separately for that usage.
What changes between Free, Starter and Business?+
Every plan includes candidate tracking, jobs, interviews, tasks, the AI assistant and the AI connector. Starter adds outreach sequences, templates and included Sourcing. Business adds API tokens, the Sourcing REST API, a custom careers domain and higher or unlimited allowances. The comparison shows both feature availability and usage limits.
How do the multi-tool discounts work?+
Run a paid ATS plan plus Mission Control or Timekeeper and a discount applies to your recurring seat fees: 2 tools = 10%, 3 = 15%, 4+ = 20%. Sourcing is included with the ATS, so it doesn't add to the count. Token packs are never discounted.
Monthly or annual billing?+
Both. Choose annual and you get 2 months free (about 17% off), applied to every recurring seat fee.
Can I change plans or tools later?+
Anytime, from Plan & billing in the app (workspace owners). Add users and they're unlocked straight away, charged pro rata for the rest of your billing period; remove users and the change applies at your next renewal. Cross 10 users and your plan moves between Starter and Business on its own. Cancel and you keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for, then drop to Free Forever with your data intact.
