Your Privacy Choices

Effective date: September 17, 2026 · Last updated: October 23, 2026

This page explains the privacy choices available to you and how to use them. It is provided by ECDG, Inc., a California corporation, doing business as REQeV (“REQeV”, “we”, “us”). For full details of our practices, see our Privacy Policy.

Most of these choices take only a minute. If you need help with any of them, email support@reqev.com.

1. Opt Out of Sale, Sharing and Targeted Advertising

The www.reqev.com website uses a website visitor identification technology provided by Instantly, which may identify the business you work for and your business contact details. It does not use advertising pixels. To opt out of this sale or sharing, turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser (the technology then does not load), or email us as described below. We honor opt-out requests within 15 business days. Blocking third-party scripts and cookies in your browser will also stop the technology from working. Our Cookie Policy explains this technology, browser controls and third-party training videos.

To submit an applicable opt-out request concerning personal information held by REQeV, email support@reqev.com (for example, with the subject “Privacy Request”). Tell us which information or account the request concerns. Browser cookie settings alone do not submit an account-wide request.

2. Global Privacy Control

Global Privacy Control (“GPC”) is a browser signal requesting an opt-out of sale or sharing of personal information. When your browser sends a GPC signal, our website visitor identification technology does not load. To make a request about records associated with your account or identity, contact support@reqev.com.

3. Submit a Privacy Request

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information. To make a request, email support@reqev.com with the subject line “Privacy Request”.

Please include:

  • Your full name and the email address you use with REQeV.
  • Your state or country of residence.
  • The type of request, such as access, correction, deletion or a copy of your data.
  • How you have interacted with us, for example as an account user, a customer billing contact, a website visitor or a job applicant.
  • For a correction request, what information is inaccurate and what it should say.
  • If you are an authorized agent, proof of your authority, as described in Section 7.

We will confirm receipt and may ask you to verify your identity, usually by replying from the email address we have on file or confirming the request while signed in at app.reqev.com. We only use verification information to process your request. California residents can find more detail, including response timelines, in our California Privacy Notice. Residents of the EEA, the UK and Switzerland should see our GDPR Policy.

4. Limit the Use of Sensitive Personal Information

California law gives you the right to limit how a business uses sensitive personal information, such as account log-in credentials, precise location or information about race or health. Some other states require a business to get your consent before processing sensitive data.

REQeV collects very little sensitive personal information. It is mainly the credentials you use to sign in and, only if a REQeV job applicant chooses to provide it, voluntary self-identification information. We use this information only for purposes the law permits without offering a limit right, such as providing the Services, securing accounts, preventing fraud and meeting legal obligations.

Because we already limit our use this way, there is no separate limit setting to turn on. If you have questions or concerns about sensitive information, contact support@reqev.com.

5. Marketing Emails

You can stop receiving marketing emails from REQeV at any time:

We will process your request promptly and within the time required by law. Even after you unsubscribe, we may still send you service messages, such as billing notices, security alerts and changes to our terms, if you have an account or a business relationship with us.

6. Candidates in a Customer’s Account

REQeV’s customers are recruiting firms and employers. If your information is stored in a customer’s account, for example because you applied for a job or were sourced by a recruiter, that customer controls your information and decides how to handle your requests. REQeV processes it on the customer’s behalf.

For the fastest response, contact the recruiting firm or employer directly. Our Candidate Privacy Notice explains how. If you contact us instead, we will try to identify the relevant customer and forward your request, or let you know if we cannot.

7. Authorized Agents

You may ask someone else, such as a family member or a privacy service, to submit a request for you. The agent must send the request to support@reqev.com with the subject line “Privacy Request” and include written permission signed by you, or a valid power of attorney.

For requests to access, correct or delete information, we may also ask you to verify your identity directly with us or confirm that you authorized the agent. We may decline a request if the agent cannot show that it is authorized. Opt-out requests from agents do not require you to verify your identity, although we may need enough information to find your records.

8. Residents of Other U.S. States

Several U.S. states have consumer privacy laws, including Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Iowa, Delaware, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Nebraska, Tennessee, Minnesota, Maryland, Indiana, Kentucky and Rhode Island.

Depending on your state, and subject to exceptions in its law, you may have the right to:

  • Confirm whether we process your personal data and access it.
  • Correct inaccuracies in your personal data.
  • Delete personal data you provided or that we obtained about you.
  • Receive a copy of your personal data in a portable format.
  • Opt out of the sale of personal data, targeted advertising, and profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
  • Obtain a list of the specific third parties to which we disclosed personal data, where your state law provides this right.
  • Give or withhold consent before we process sensitive data, where your state law requires it.
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

REQeV does not engage in profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects for its own purposes. Some state laws do not cover information collected in a business-to-business or employment context, and we will tell you if an exception applies to your request.

Submit requests using the steps in Section 3 and opt out using the steps in Sections 1 and 2. We will respond within 45 days. If reasonably necessary, we may extend this by an additional 45 days, and we will tell you within the first 45 days.

9. Appeals

If we decline to act on your request, in whole or in part, we will explain why and tell you how to appeal. To appeal, reply to our decision email or email support@reqev.com with the subject line “Appeal”. Please include your name, your state of residence and a brief description of the request and why you disagree with our decision.

A person who was not involved in the original decision will review your appeal. We will respond in writing within the time required by your state’s law, which is generally 45 or 60 days after we receive the appeal. Our response will explain what action we took or did not take and why.

If we deny your appeal, you may contact the Attorney General or other consumer protection authority in your state. We will provide the relevant contact information with our decision where your state’s law requires it.
